Upgrades available for additional vaccines and expanded blood panels — ask us for details. 10% discount on prevention is applied when purchasing a full year’s supply in a single visit. The five exams are for scheduled wellness, problem or sick exams and based on availability; additional fees may apply for some appointments. Puppies and kittens require additional vaccines that are not included in the plan – please ask us for more information. Medical/waste fees and rabies registration are not included.
